MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE
DAILY RATE
$900/party
HALF DAY RATE
$450/party for up to four (4) hours
Hourly rate $150/party
OVERTIME FEES
If mediation extends past nine (9) hours for a full-day or four (4) hours for a half-day, then each party will be charged an hourly rate.

To confirm a mediation scheduling, we need the following information:
1. The names of all parties and their counsel (if attorneys are involved).
2. Mailing address, telephone, and fax of all counsel.
3. E-Mail addresses for all counsel.
Once we have this information, we will take care of scheduling and disseminating information.
