FORUM AND COMPENSATION FEES
Fees may vary depending on the locale and forum for the arbitration. Travel time at $500 per day, associated business travel expenses, and out-of-pocket costs (e.g. hearing rooms, refreshments) are divided equally and charged to the parties.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of $500 will be charged to the canceling parties for an arbitration hearing canceled fourteen (14) or fewer days prior to the scheduled arbitration date.
